Terms and conditions:-

Please read this document very carefully as when you place an order with us you agree to be bound by these.

Because we provide our services to many customers these Terms and conditions are designed to protect ALL of our customers and their data along our obligations to them.

Domain registration section:-

1. We register ALL domains with the customers name as the registrant and us as the Technical and Administration contacts.

2. We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received by us. But we do not charge for the transfer.

3. You cannot make any claim against Just Hosting with regard to the availability or suitability to you of any domain name.

4. You should NOT assume a domain name is registered to you until this is confirmed by Just Hosting.

5. 6 weeks before the domain is required to be renewed, we will send you an e-mail and Invoice for the renewal to the contact e-mail address on file, this should be paid 7 days prior to renewal date otherwise the domain name may be lost. It is therefore very important that you keep us updated if you change your contact details.

6. We shall have no liability in respect of the availability or use by you of any domain name, any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We will also be entitled to make representations to the relevant Registry but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.

7. The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant Registry, you should ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them.

8. By default we setup the domain to use our DNS servers if you want any change to the DNS settings please e-mail support@just-hosting.net and we will make the changes for you, these changes normally are done within 1 hour.

9. There is NO money back guarantee on Domain names, by ordering a domain name from us you agree that you wave any right to a refund should you change your mind or mis-spell the domain name when you placed your order.

Web hosting section:-

1. We reserve the right to modify our terms ad conditions, services offered, and prices at any time, without prior notice.

2. Just Hosting provide web hosting and domain name services to our customers (you) These terms and conditions of this agreement constitute the entire and only agreement between Just Hosting and our customers.

3. The customer agrees that he/she is 18 years or older.

4. The customer confirms that the Name, Address, provided for their account are the same as the cardholders details used as payment for the services ordered.

5. Customers will pay all fees and charges ordered within 7 calender days,

6. All invoices will be sent in PDF format to the customers e-mail address on file.

7. You agree to imdemnify and hold usharmless from any claim resulting from your publications or use of illegal or banned content as outlined below. We will where posible make reasonable efforts to alert you to such content and allow you an opportunity to remover such content within 24 hours after discovery, we are not required to give notice before de-activating your account. Just-Hosting is the sole arbiter as to what consitutes a violation of this provision.

8. Our servers are backed up on a regular basis to allow for system restoration in the event of hardware failure, customers MUST ensure they have backups of all data a charge will be make should you wish us to restore data which is not as a result of complete hardware failure.

9. CONTENT

   1. All services provided by Just Hosting may only be used for legal purposes, Transmission, storage or presentation of any information or material in violation of National or International laws

      1. This means that the following content is NOT to be allowed to be stored or passed in any way through our servers or linked to from our servers.

         1. Pornographic, Obscene ,Threatening, Abusive Malicious, Defamatory, Blasphemous or otherwise objectionable in any way.

         2. Virus or other material which can cause loss or damage to computers or computer data or software.

         3. Material which infringes any Copyright, patent, trade mark, or other intellectual property right.

         4. If you are not sure about any data or content please e-mail sales@just-hosting.net and we will advise you.

   
   Privacy policy:-

1. By using our servers/services you agree to the collection, use and storage of the supplied data by Just Hosting within these policies, if these policies change these changes will be posted to this page.

2. To protect against data loss or alteration we use SSL and PGP of all data sent containing customer data from our web site.

3. We collect customer data including payment details, this data is used to register the domain name ordered and is kept on file for future communications.

4. Other than for domain registration we do not pass these details on to any third party unless required by applicable law.

5. All communications with Just Hosting may be retained for historic purposes, information contained in these communications will not be used for purposes outside the communication.

6. None of the collected data is permantly stored on a server accessible via the Internet.
